  • Ex-UK devices are pre-owned and graded for condition; any grading or condition notes provided at the point of sale form part of the product description.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed and dispatched, unless otherwise agreed for trade/bulk customers.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if pricing displayed on the website is materially incorrect due to a technical error.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud).
  • Order confirmation via email or SMS does not guarantee stock availability; you will be notified promptly if there is an issue with your order.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver within Nairobi and to other parts of Kenya. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location and will be communicated at checkout or upon order confirmation.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
  • Please inspect items upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

7. Repairs and Services

  • For repair services, an assessment may be carried out before a final quote is provided.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, data loss, or issues unrelated to the specific repair performed, unless caused by our negligence.
  • Customers are advised to back up their device data before submitting it for repair.

8. Warranties

  • Brand-new devices carry the applicable manufacturer warranty terms, as communicated at the point of sale.
  • Genuine replacement parts and repairs may carry a limited warranty against defects in the part or workmanship; specific warranty periods will be confirmed at the point of sale or on your receipt.
  • Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phone Parts Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, website, or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
